Really enjoyed the company of Genna and Jason's family yesterday on a kayak/sail/snorkel adventure in Key West. Came back and listened to the music of BBC and absolutely loved it. If any of you ever get out to Seattle for music or play, make sure to look us up.
Cheers,

Dear old pal Genna,
I'm so happy for you that you have this successful FUN performing trio - and 2 CDs already - and such amazing parents, my old friends Tom and Alison. (Your 2 sisters are no slouches either, lets remember!) You're an inspiration to me with all your young zeal for the tunes, the dance, and the songs ! I wish we could play all the time together instead of just every July in Cape May at the Chalfonte. Wishing you and Rose and Lou many more years of satisfying work, accolades and good times. Can't wait to hear the new CD.

Caught your show at Sellersville last night as you opened for Tempest. I was captivated by your talent and the internal chemistry within your group. That's what makes a live show so memorable. I'll be looking for you down the road and mentioning your name in other circles to try and help build your fan base. Bought "Catharsis" last night and listened to it already. Loved it. Yvonne Kaye, Ph. D.

March 1, 2008

John and I listened to the CD. As you know I am half Irish half English although I was raised in London. John was raised in Manchester area but lived in Ireland for ten years. It is his country of choice and would live there if he could. We were both trying to come up with a response to the CD. We have many CDs on Irish music and there are times when we say "enough - turn it off".

With your CD, words like REFRESHING, ECLECTIC, MULTIFACETED, ENCHANTING for a start. We really enjoyed it. Do these talented young women dance too - maybe I shouldn't leave Lou out of it!!! Does he dance?

I can't imagine how exciting it must have been for Lou's family to have found Bridget Cleary's house. Wish I'd have been there. I love the pic of the house...and it's not even raining.

The play will be awesome, especially that you know much of the background. I hope the director keeps close to the truth.

I'd imagine you'll be visiting Ireland again. How wonderful that will be. Glad you're in touch with the brother of one of the new owners.

I love your music and energy. I know you have a bright, musical career before you!

October 10, 2007

I was walking through the Celtic Classic a couple of weeks ago and heard you playing and you stopped me dead in my tracks. I came in and sat and stayed because the energy and skill you played with was truly engrossing. The 'tight'ness of your sound is all the more impressive given the two girls (Whom I assumed must be two young women who simply didn't look their age which I presumed to be mid-twenties) are still gaining skill. It was a great performance, thank you.

Valerie

October 10, 2007

MAN, Catharsis is a great album ! The songs are all fantastic & ordered perfectly. The more I listen to it, the more I catch the subtle brilliance of the guitar, & Ross's set RIPS! I hope you have more copies, because I'm wearing this one out. Sigh ... August can't come soon enough. P.S.- How often do you change your website ? It looks sharp. Peace.

My family enjoyed your performance at the Celtic fest in Green Lane last Sept. 2006. I did not realise who you were until I read your story in the Hearthstone/Town & Country. My daughter Veronica Barndt became friends with Grace in first grade at Hereford Elementary. She remembers Rose as "the little sister" whenever she had a sleepover at your house in Colonial Village! It certainly is a small world.
Our family wishes you all the best of luck in all you do.
